Bretton Woods Nordic CenterDec. 30th Moonlight Cross Country Ski/Snowshoe Tour and Sleigh Ride. This popular tour departs from the Nordic Center at 6:30 p.m. and includes cider and hot chocolate at the Bretton Woods Nordic Center. Horse-drawn sleigh rides are also available. February 7-28: Annual Frostbite Follies Winter Carnival Special Events, Activities, Dining Adventures In and Around the Area plus a Winter Carnival Raffle!. Sponsored by Local Chambers.

Summer:
Just a stone’s throw away is Franconia Notch. The “Notch” is one of the White Mountain’s most attractive locations to visit. Here you will find excellent views, walking paths and hiking trails. Bicycle riding is safe and scenic along the 8-mile bike path carved through the Notch, and there’s great swimming nearby at the stream-fed Echo Lake with it’s sand beach and full facilities.

Summer Events:
Summer Sundays 9-1 pm Littleton Farmer’s Market. Opens 9am – 1pm every Sunday at the Littleton Senior Center, Cottage St., Littleton. Fruits, vegetables, crafts, jams, jellies, home baked goods and more from local farmers all over the North Country.

July 1 -Old Home Days in Franconia Enjoy small town fun with parades, BBQ’s and duck races.
